How long does it take to become a real estate agent in Arizona?

How hard is the real estate exam in Arizona?

Before passing the exam, you complete a pre-licensing education. Besides, there are courses and books for you to get prepared for your Arizona Real Estate license exam.

For both licenses the salesperson and for the brokers the exam consists of 180 national and specific for the state questions. You must answer at least 75% of the questions correctly to pass the exam, you will be given 5 hours, to complete your exam.

You will need to pay $75 as a licensing exam fee and take with you to the testing center your transcript and ID.

Can I transfer my California real estate license to Arizona?

If you have a real estate license in California and are going to move to Arizona, you will need to meet some requirements:
